NACK for this change: -http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/. - +https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/. IIUC, Creative Commons still use the http URLs as the canonical address. Also we should stay consistent between GLEPs, so if we are going to update this, it should be done everywhere.
