logilab-common 1.4.1 has been released on July 11 (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/logilab-common) Also logilab-common doesn't ship `pytest` executable since 1.3.0 (http://hg.logilab.org/review/logilab/common/rev/2936f44eed48), hence no need in blocking dev-python/pytest
Thank you for the bump request. You can help the maintainer with further information: Does a simple bump [1] work on your system (besides a change for pytest)? [1] https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Custom_repository#Simple_version_bump_of_an_ebuild_in_the_local_overlay
