this site blocks certain IP blocks from downloading files. tbh I'm inclined to just have the package removed, since it's really unpopular.
it is only in Gentoo: https://repology.org/metapackage/defluff/versions Removing a package from Gentoo needs more than just "really unpopular". SRC_URI blocks IP's you do not want to maintain it any more. Do we have more reasons? Open bugs/ is the same feature in the meantime provided by more intelligent zip parameters? If there is good reason, we could last rite the package with a long term till removal.

Jonas, this package is mirror-restricted. Which means only some of our users will actually be able to fetch it. And per-IP download restrictions upstream are at least suspicious. We don't want things like that in Gentoo.
