This package has been deprecated in favour of dev-perl/Mail-SPF by upstream, and this package mutually blocks that package and a bunch of similar ones. Mail-SPF-Query has not been maintained since 2006, and its test suite has been long disabled due to failures, and no passes have been seen on CPAN upstream since 2009 ( it appears the domains that were created as test targets no longer exist ) It has no reverse dependencies, and so due in part to there being no way to ensure this package is in fact any definition of 'still working' or 'still useful', its not really worth keeping it in tree.
