I carry the following patches locally to fix build failure against glibc-2.26: 0001-Fix-sanitizer-build-against-latest-glibc.patch compiler-rt-sanitizers-4.0.1-glibc-2.26.patch
If that's glibc 2.26 issue indeed, then I doubt we're going to backport it. We don't expect 2.26 stable before we stabilize LLVM 5.0.1.
