gaupol-1.3.1 builds and runs fine, but importing video is disabled if gstreamer is missing. i guess the ebuild should have a USE flag for video integration, pulling gstreamer and the necessary plugins.
same with gaupol-1.4.1 ebuild. Video importing disabled by default $ gaupol GStreamer found, but gtksink missing. Try installing gst-plugins-good.
