   error (ignoring):515: eclass not documented yet (no @ECLASS found)

This is mostly a wontfix, since -9999 (and by consequence future -2.30) does not use the eclass anymore.

The eclass will be around for some time unmodified though since we keep some old binutils versions for special applications.

Keeping the bug open until we can remove the eclass.
