This test seems to fail on the tinderbox only, I couldn't reproduce it.
I suspect it is because it actually performs a download operation and the tinderbox probably doesn't have an internet connection.

What's the correct way to handle this then? Disable the test globally?

If I understood it right, an ebuild should never ever download anything after the unpack stage, ro ?

If this also applies to the test stage, I'll patch out that specific test, ok.
