Actually, the initial version of GLEP 10 authored by swift had been placed in the public domain. That copyright footer got lost with dertobi123's updates: https://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo/xml/htdocs/proj/en/glep/glep- 0010.txt?r1=1.2&r2=1.3 (line 158 there) With the original version in the public domain, and Tobias's agreement to distribute his contributions under CC-BY-SA-3.0, I believe that we could simply add our standard CC-BY-SA-3.0 license footer.
