The ebuild for sci-geosciences/mapnik-3.0.9 includes proper configuration in he MYSCONS variable, so there is no longer any need to patch for that. Additionnally, files/mapnik-2.2.0-scons.patch could be removed since the 2.2 ebuilds are gone. While at it, a version bump to 3.0.15 would be appreciated, which I could build and use intensively with success. Reproducible: Always
