I don't know why I was removed. Maybe due to https://bugs.gentoo.org/711108 At least my other ebuilds (g-cpan, gmusicbrowser, etc) are well maintained. Anyway I'm going to fix it.
No commits since March 2021. No bugzilla activity since July 2021. No GitHub activity since April 2021 (https://github.com/bor). Sergiy appears to be from Ukraine, so he could be affected by the Russian invasion. Regardless, I think it's time to retire him so packages are appropriately marked as maintainer-needed.

Hello guys, I indeed do not have a lot of time now. I hope I can return to Gentoo development later and will ask for permission in need.
You can of course make pull requests to maintainer-needed packages bumping/fixing them without having to become a maintainer. Those PRs will be looked at.
