The mozc-2.20.2673.102.tar.gz file I get from distfiles.gentoo.org has a different file size (48624369) than the one that's recorded in the Manifest file (48623065).

Problem only for mozc-2.20.2673.102.tar.gz. 2 other distfiles unchanged.

The content after unpacking is identical.
GitHub changed their tar software...
