master is now 27.0.50 and an emacs-26 branch is added. So =app-editors/emacs-vcs-26.0.9999 needs to switch to the emacs-26 branch and =app-editors/emacs-vcs-27.0.9999 can be added for the master branch. (The emacs-26 branch currently specifies its version as 26.0.60.)
