Seems this module was nuked from CPAN at some time, its not clear when. The most recent release is: https://metacpan.org/release/JAMADAM/Syntax-Highlight-Engine-Simple-0.09 But we only have the 2008 release: https://metacpan.org/release/JAMADAM/Syntax-Highlight-Engine-Simple-0.02 But these are all "backpaned" ( Archive-Only ) now. This can be by accident or by intent. This ticket is just to keep tabs on probing upstream for a response, and may turn into a treeclean if upstream fail to respond.

Upstream have said this is long EOL. Nothing needs this anymore.
