I watch remmina commits pretty closely upstream and FYI what happened is that rc19 was first released as https://github.com/FreeRDP/Remmina/commit/9d05738e557b9af83c028299ec70aee24f9888b6

then it was re-released/re-rolled as 

https://github.com/FreeRDP/Remmina/commit/0387ee0a916e64083972b45ee147c1e02b60ea90

I compared the tarball I had with the new one downloaded from GitHub and confirmed that the only difference was that commit.

    trivial documentation fix.
