The tar ball comes with satellite images which are surely not by the author and could not be licensed as GPL-2 by the author. I guess its a screenshot from google maps. We must not mirror or distribute these files. This needs to be clarified by upstream. I would also recommend to treeclean it. The package can be added again later, if there's an active maintainer and if the license issue is sorted out. Reassigning to treecleaners.
Upstream clarified today: "Sorry but at this point I'm not spending any time on this project... if you need something corrected send a Pull Request" There will be no fix from upstream. Treeclean?
