Works fine with the version included in 5.28.0

And also 5.26.1-r2 passes tests. 

Suggestion: make perl-5.26.1-r2 block =perl-core/Math-BigInt-1.999.806 and drop that and earlier versions

Side note: =perl-core/Math-BigInt-1.999.806 passes tests with 5.28 ... ???
