Emerging x11-base/xorg-server-1.19.2 with use 'glamor' fails when media-libs/libepoxy is istalled without useflag 'X' and gives:

/var/tmp/portage/x11-base/xorg-server-1.19.2/work/xorg-server-1.19.2/glamor/glamor_glx.c:24:23: fatal error: epoxy/glx.h: No such file or directory

Installing libepoxy with useflag 'X' fixes this.

Reproducible: Didn't try
