Version bump: antlr 4.6 was released several weeks ago, including new C++, Swift, Go targets. Also, as antlr creates compilers for seven languages, would it make more sense to move it to dev-util instead of dev-java?
The latest version of ANTLR is 4.7, released March 30, 2017. Please bump.
