Still unfixed as of today. Try cloning the svn repo yourself, its dead/moved/etc. The coreboot git repo is now the correct location.
Coreboot svn is old (last commit 2016-03-13 18:47:39) Flashrom git more new, but have only one new commit (https://www.flashrom.org/git/flashrom.git/commit/?id=f5dd7ce11b65ffd6ead214b4b4cbe90f3eb110dd )
I'v updated the ebuild to code.coreboot.org to at least have it working again. https://www.flashrom.org/Downloads still lists the SVN repository, there are at least a couple of patches on the staging branch in git.
