URL from the ebuild no longer exists


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -va media-libs/jbig2dec

Actual Results:  
url fails

Expected Results:  
downloading of package

SRC_URI="http://ghostscript.com/~giles/jbig2/${PN}/${P}.tar.gz

~giles directory is gone

alternative url that works (for now) is http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/jbig2dec/jbig2dec-0.11.tar.gz/1f61e144852c86563fee6e5ddced63f1/jbig2dec-0.11.tar.gz 

md5 matches from the one I previously downloaded using the ebuild

I've opened a pull request

https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/2436 

with a new version and valid URI. The current version has security bug 545234.

0.13 isn't stable yet.
