This should also fix any issues with gsl-2. An additional setup step "python setup.py config" was added which should probably be executed per python version, so the ebuild with simply "<sci-libs/gsl-2" removed from DEPEND doesn't work and I'm stuck there. Thanks and best regards, Bernd
