CPU_FLAGS_X86 PAX_MARKINGS VALGRIND_TESTS SSL_BITS
I can see adding CPU_FLAGS_X86 as its defined in the profiles, but I'm not for adding any eclass specific variables. I'd rather remove the ones that are already there.
I agree with Tim here. Besides, USE flags belong in package.use.
