We have spent some effort to clean up the list and to make sure that all values are valid IETF language tags. Obviously, "fake-bidi" isn't (because "fake" is not a valid language subtag). Also, USE_EXPAND are global, so any value should be listed in the respective desc file and not (only) be defined in a package's metadata.
