Observe how `true` is used in stead of the correct (complex) help2man command.

The reason is that the ebuild exports HELP2MAN as 'true' in src_prepare(). This is only meant for src_configure() but is still exported for the test phase. The test man4.test, however, expects that environment variable to be unset. Otherwise the configure script of the test uses that value as the help2man program and sadly 'true' is a valid program which also exists.

The global export of HELP2MAN was introduced in the commit [0].

To solve this just do not export HELP2MAN in the test phase but only in the configure phase, e.g. revert [0] for the automake-1.11.* ebuilds.
