dev-tex/bibtool/bibtool-2.63.ebuild

Hi

BibTool allows the manipulation of BibTeX files.

I wrote the ebuild from the one I made for 2.55.

Modifications were made according to repoman's messages.

I have no knowledge of what's inside bibtool.
If that's not redhibitory and if there are people to whom I can ask questions on ebuilds, why not?
