1) Moderators handbook/FAQ link should be changed from http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/forums/forum-guide.xml to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Forums/Forum_guide

2) Becoming a developer link should be changed from http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=1&chap=2 to https://www.gentoo.org/get-involved/become-developer/

3) Staff quiz should be changed from http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/quiz/staff-quiz.txt to https://projects.gentoo.org/comrel/recruiters/quizzes/staff-quiz.txt
