Cite 1 links to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=4 which is invalid and should be replace by https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/misc-files/metadata/#category-metadata

While you are editing GLEP:34 you can also update link to GLEP:31 (Cite 2). It is not yet invalid, we are redirecting old GLEP links, but having a Wiki link allows us to analyze who is linking from which article to another.
