the ftp server in HOMEPAGE seems not to be available for public access.

In the README one can find a website which is only available after time travel:
http://web.archive.org/web/20060212005106/http://www.scyld.com/ethercard_diag.html

I suggest to link to a recent homepage, or link to No_homepage

BTW: The source is quite old, did the project move? Is the package still of any use today?

the vintage of the source does not mean the tools are still not useful
