cmark-0.19.0.ebuild

cmark is both a program and a library that converts the CommonMark markdown variant into HTML.

It is authored by John MacFarlane, best known for app-text/pandoc and considered a reference implementation of the CommonMark specification. It's inclusion will eventually allow other programs to link against the libcmark library it provides to cover their own markdown parsing needs.

I have attached an ebuild (sans CVS headers) that I believe to be ready for inclusion.
