dev-libs/openssl-1.0.2-r2 fail to build on ABI=x32 with the following error:

    dev-libs/openssl: bump to v1.1.1 pre release 9 (beta)
    
    - openssl-1.0.2a-x32-asm.patch dropped which shouldn't be
      necessary anymore according to upstream [Link 1].
