That is not specific to IA64: I see it on amd64 and HPPA, too.

Hence the subtle difference: no such device on my side, permission problem to access an existing device on your side? Émeric
The tests require privileged access to /dev/uinput. I don't think this can work. I've marked the tests restricted.
