Hello arches, for Gnome 3.14, we worked on making wayland support, as advertised by upstream, complete. This required a few changes to cogl and clutter ebuilds most notably. In order to make this work you will need to keyword the two packages in summary if not done already. In the mean time, I will package.use.mask USE="egl" on each affected arches so don't forget to remove the mask after keywording. Thanks in advance.
arch/${arch}/package.use.mask: # Gilles Dartiguelongue <eva@gentoo.org> (23 Dec 2014) # New dependencies for wayland support in Gnome 3.14 # See bug #533420. media-libs/clutter egl Also masked the following but only on arm and x86 since other arches need to take care of bug #526914 first. x11-wm/mutter kms
~arm added
Marked ~hppa.
(this affects to mutter and gnome-shell keywords too)
libinput doesn't depend on libxkbcommon, removing blocker
Added ~alpha
Added ~mips.
ppc/ppc64/x86 done

thanks ... wasn't aware of this bug
Hi, there's still the mask for arm arch in /usr/portage/profiles/arch/arm/package.use.mask for clutter and clutter-gtk packages. Can it be removed please ?
