Description Olivier Fisette (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-12 11:26:01 UTC
Reads and writes nucleic/protein sequences in various formats. Data
files may have multiple sequences. readseq2 is programmed in Java, and
is faster and less bugy and supports more formats than the original
readseq programmed in C. It also offers a GUI.
