File app-accessibility/epos/files/README.gentoo is no longer true, because there is executable "say-epos" and not "epos_say" or just "say"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install app-accessibility/epos
2. view /usr/share/doc/epos-2.5.37-r1/README.gentoo

Actual Results:  
Content of the file is incorrect and should be deleted also from ebuild

Expected Results:  
No README.gentoo in epos doc directory and in portage.

There is another trivial bug of epos and I don't want to open another bug report.

 
Package URL is no longer working 
It should be http://epos.ufe.cz/ instead of http://epos.ure.cas.cz/
