The URLs referenced at https://bugs.gentoo.org/bots.html for use with bots have stuck at the time bugzilla was down for maintenance (few weeks ago IIRC)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit https://bugs.gentoo.org/data/cached/buglist-UNCONFIRMED.html
Actual Results:  
"Bugzilla is down for migration and maintenance"

Expected Results:  
A list of bugs.

The link in there to https://infra-status.gentoo.org/ also says Bugzilla is down, which I hadn't noticed... but bugzilla is up.
