I suggest combining/syncing the bump with the fixes for bug 521308 and bug 521314.

android-sdk-update-manager-24.4.1.ebuild

I've attached an ebuild for Android SDK Tools 24.4.1. I've removed the abi_x64_32 restriction. Runs fine so far on my no-multilib gentoo installation. See also https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=196866

Hopefully we can remove the pmask for non-multilib profiles soon.

See ebuild is also found in my overlay ("layman -a flow").

I just discovered that some binaries, e.g. `aidl` are still ELF-32. Only the platform tools seem to be ELF-64 for now. Hopefully the build-tools with follow soon.

I didn't touch the multilib at this point since it sounds like we're not quite there yet (ugh, binary packages).
