Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2014-08-22 17:40:21 UTC
This is an auto-filled bug because this package should create some paths at runtime.

 * QA Notice: This ebuild installs into paths that should be created at runtime.
 * To fix, simply do not install into these directories. Instead, your package
 * should create dirs on the fly at runtime as needed via init scripts/etc...
 *
 *   var/run
 *   var/run/wpa_supplicant
 *   var/run/wpa_supplicant/.keep_net-wireless_wpa_supplicant-0

This bug report appears to be obsolete. No net-wireless/wpa_supplicant ebuilds presently in the Portage tree call 'keepdir'. Indeed, I have wpa_supplicant-2.6 installed, and there is no occurrence of "var/run" in its CONTENTS.
