As far as I can tell, this requested new dev has no prior history of contributions. If we do go ahead with recruiting new devs for xbox work, I'd like to see more submitted work prior to adding accounts.

Since we haven't received any response to my ping, I'm going to close this bug for now. If he wants to become a dev at a later date, we can look at reopening the bug then. For now though, I'm going to close it.
