I simply copied 3.6.0 ebuild to 3.7.0 and it seems to have worked just fine, so hopefully minimal work.

I browsed the source tree, diffed some files between 3.6.0 and 3.7.0, and even looked at new mpris plug-in ( https://github.com/gpodder/gpodder/commit/2dce352d2fe3d26446eea2911f18ad28fbadfca5 ) but didn't find anything to change in the ebuild. So, 3.7.0 in Portage. I hope it's OK.
