@Calchan: The tarball is hosted at your devspace and was packed by you, so can you comment on this? Is it derived from the tarball that can be found at <http://home.roadrunner.com/~nwmovies/nwmouse/>? The tarball at roadrunner.com contains a file nwmouse.README.txt with a license notice identical to nwmovies, and the Artistic license in libdis/LICENSE.original. There are no such notices in the Gentoo hosted tarball, however. Also there is no source code for libdisasm.so which is against the terms of the Artistic license.
After talking with Ulrich, I'll add the README file and the source code to the tarball. Thanks, Denis.
Note to self. More discussion lead to only adding the README file and pointing to the original source in einfo or similar. Also, change the license to LICENSE="nwmovies Artistic".

LICENSE fixed, since this is the last package blocking removal of licenses/as-is. Leaving this bug open for repacking of the tarball.
Ping. Any progress here?
The package has been removed. Closing.
