Then this's a portage bug. The following keyword changes are necessary to proceed: (see "package.accept_keywords" in the portage(5) man page for more details) # required by media-sound/alsa-utils-1.0.27.1-r1 # required by @selected # required by @world (argument) =media-libs/alsa-lib-1.0.27.2 ~amd64 I'll updated portage and see.

[QA] RepoMan as well as manual checking see this as a satisfied dependency. It could be that your Portage tree has broken permissions (thus disallowing rsync to update some files) and/or you have synced a broken mirror (out of date files).
