ping? is this package unmaintained?
no, its not. We need a decision in #491594.
Thanks for the info. The update to net-misc/spice-gtk-0.25 is straight forward and makes spice usable. Version 0.21 is not usable at all (at least for me) because it crashes every few seconds on some VMs. maybe you can bump regardless of the other bug and later revbump it for the other fix?
The header should be changed to "-0.25" accordingly.
Blocks: #503834 https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503834 app-emulation/virt-viewer-0.6.0 needs >=spice-gtk-0.22 at least. virt-manager should also profit from this upgrade. https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501532
(In reply to Tiziano Müller from comment #8) > no, its not. We need a decision in #491594. This should not keep main dev. delayed soo long: . . . The latest Version 0.21 was released 9 months ago! . . . Even 0.25 is 2 months old now.
done.
