That's not a file owned by any package, there is however /etc/fonts/conf.avail/44-wqy-zenhei.conf; since it is possible that your file might be outdated, could you check if you have the most recent version?

Created attachment 370370 [details, diff] Patch for 44-wqy-zenhei.conf file /etc/fonts/conf.d/44-wqy-zenhei.conf is a symbolic link for /etc/fonts/conf.avail/44-wqy-zenhei.conf This patch should correct the warning.
