With Apache 2.4.9 getting Unix socket support for mod_proxy_*, I don't really think this is required now.

There's already mod_proxy_fcgi that comes with Apache 2.4.

But mod_fastcgi has own process manager. It launch fcgi application automatically, automaticaly reload it after script file changed. Which module for apache 2.4 do it now without having to run wrappers?

You can maybe ask in apache mailing list as I doubt they are expecting people to use a module that is dead for ages (even this fork is stalled since 2014 at least as I see from the last few commits over the original project that looks dead for even more time)
