Debian has 23 additional patches, here is the link http://packages.debian.org/sid/dsniff

Many of them are functionally improvements are must be in our tree too.

They rest might fix compilation issues with modern packages, including the bug #370645

Gentoo puts RPC support back into newer glibc releases, so dsniff doesn't need fixing in that respect.

I would like to see the patches in sync with Gentoo's ebuild as well.

Especially the 23_urlsnarf_timestamp.patch, which fixes logging of urls using the packets timestamp instead of using the localtime.
