One for the /var/run keepdirs tracker. Ebuild doesn't keepdir it, but /etc/init.d/deluged creates the PIDs in /var/run/.
As far as I know (and please correct me if I'm wrong), just putting the pidfile in /var/run is not a problem. The tracker bug is for packages that install directories in /var/run. In time I'll probably modify the init file to use "/run" instead of "/var/run", but it's just the same...
