all that is needed for the version bump is mono-0.30.1.ebuild copied to mono-0.30.2.ebuild. i have tried this, then emerge -u mono and it compiles and works successfully

0.30.2 is actually a packaging fixup that was released to help with the MonoDevelop 0.1 release.

we build 0.30.1 correctly, so there is no need for this bump.
