scid-vs-pc.4.7.ebuild

It works for me, maybe it needs some further testing...

scid-vs-pc is a fork of scid chess db. See this suggestion https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410303

Also a !games-board/scid-vs-pc line should be added to scid-4.2.2 ebuild

First thing of all: thanks.
I'm a gentoo newbie and maybe my question is trivial but why don't you include this ebuild in the portage main tree? Even as a masked package I mean.

normal users/bug reporters can't do that. A developer has to test it/check it and then merge it to portage tree. (of course masked)

And how can we persuade a developer to do that? Tim Harder (who appears to be a developer...) in this ( https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410303 ) post suggests to merge scidvspc in the main tree.
Can he at least verify the correct compilation of your ebuild and merge it (tesitng or masked or whatever)? Should I write him directly?
