After notifying some mails, it keeps a blank box on the message tray of Gnome 3 even after all mails have been checked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. get some mails, then the notification is fine 2. check the mails so that the /var/mail/username becomes empty file 3. message tray keeps the blank box for the mail-notification Expected Results: The mail-notification icon should be disappeared from the message tray.
